Data Analyst

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Utilize technical knowledge to produce insightful analysis of data, including conclusions and recommendations for business improvements.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop, review, and track statistical models to drive business outcomes.
- Project Support: Assist on projects from brief to implementation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Data Mapping: Map trading and supply chain data to inform business strategies.
- Risk Management: Produce meaningful risk management reports and stress testing methods to mitigate potential risks.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Perform supply chain cost analysis reports and analyze value at risk to optimize business operations.
- Documentation: Update and review product documentation for accuracy, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing of software produced during the sprint to verify work product meets business objectives.
- Management Information Reports: Produce regular Management Information reports accurately and in a timely manner, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Professional Development: Take opportunities to further develop knowledge of Python, MatLab, MySQL, and Microsoft Excel to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Documentation and Communication: Assist in the production of documentation, training manuals, and communication of complex data to non-technical end users.
- Education: Qualified to degree/MSc level or equivalent in a discipline with substantial mathematical/statistical content.
- Skills: Excellent numeracy, writing, and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Communication: Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working with non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex data insights.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills are required to drive business outcomes.
