We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at the Royal College of Physicians. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Accreditation Unit (AU) and external stakeholders to use data to drive improvement, quality assurance, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the AU and external stakeholders to use data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support the AU's workstreams.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and review of performance, information, and reporting systems using available datasets.
  • Develop and maintain information dashboards for NHS and independent healthcare providers registered with our six accreditation programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective data management and analysis.

About You:

  • Experience in data management, analysis, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of data security, encryption techniques, and GDPR.
  • Proven experience in working on complex data analysis and research projects.
  • Excellent skills in information and technology, including Microsoft database, Excel, and data presentation technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Azure tools within the Power Platform.
  • Ability to interpret, tailor, and present data for a range of audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
