Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain data within our systems to ensure accuracy and availability
  • Provide support to all areas of the company, including On Call, Mobiles, and Hardware and Network support
  • Deliver high-level support to customers, including data analysis and management of records within our systems
  • Manage assigned tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customers are kept up to date
  • Log all queries and issues accurately on our ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Follow documented processes and provide remote support to customers
  • Continuously train and educate customers on our systems and services
  • Meet objectives and KPIs, including providing management and support to all existing and new database systems
  • Assist in the development of SSIS / Power Automate / SQL / Power BI / Excel MIS data reporting systems, processes, and procedures
