Data Analyst Job Description

**About the Role**

Agility Resourcing is seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to gain insights and inform business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct business discovery and statistics to identify trends and patterns in data
* Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights
* Produce reports to be used by Accounts departments
* Generate and distribute predefined datasets and ad hoc requests

**Requirements**

* Must be qualified to degree level with 2:1 or above in a discipline with substantial mathematical/statistical content
* Want to develop QlikView, data visualisation, SQL, Access, Excel Skills
* Excellent numeracy, writing and presentation skills
* Strong understanding of statistical modelling techniques
* Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates a proactive approach
* Strong communication skills are a must as a key part of this role involves taking complex data and being able to explain the output of this information to non-technical areas
* Strong problem-solving skills are essential
