Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Spalding, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our residential service, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
About the Role- Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, staff, and external professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with young people with EBD and challenging behaviours is desirable.
- Must hold a full driver's license and have access to a car.
- Be over the age of 21.
- Exhibit empathy, good listening and communication skills, and a natural ability to help others.
- A competitive salary of £27,336 - £30,336 (sleep allowance included).
