Senior Children's Residential Support Worker Opportunity

Opus People Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Spalding.

We are looking for a professional who can establish and maintain a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for young people to thrive. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Provide emotional and social support to young people, helping them build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.
  • Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, and cover their duties when required.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Experience working in residential child care, child protection, or a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 or QCF (Caring for Children & Young People) or equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK Driving License.
