Join Our Team as a Children's Support Worker

Opus People Solutions is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Support Worker in Spalding. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young individuals in a children's residential home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nurturing care and support to young people, acting as a professional parent figure.
  • Engage in activities with the children, promoting creativity, outdoor exploration, and fun.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
