Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, encouraging their social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* A full driver's licence and access to a car
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
