Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Compensation: £45,000 - £50,000, plus performance-related bonus and additional perks

Sea Global is pleased to represent a prominent retail organization seeking to fill multiple Procurement Specialist positions. This role operates at a group level, emphasizing key areas such as Corporate Services, In-Store Operations, and Logistics & Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will be a strategically oriented procurement expert, adept at thriving in a collaborative atmosphere. This opportunity is perfect for a Senior Buyer aspiring to advance their career or a Procurement Manager eager to transition into a larger, dynamic enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Senior Procurement Manager
  • Oversee small to medium-sized projects and lead contract negotiations
  • Manage the entire procurement process, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supplier relations
  • Collaborate closely with various department heads and directors
  • Assist in the tendering and negotiation processes for substantial and intricate contracts
  • Achieve cost savings, mitigate risks, and manage annual category expenditures across the organization

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in indirect procurement is essential
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end procurement projects, detailing processes and outcomes
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple departments, with strong relationship-building skills
  • CIPS certification, a degree, or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
