Work Environment:

Team Responsibilities:
The Children in Care Team is responsible for overseeing all children in care, including those involved in legal proceedings and those with long-term care plans. Our focus is on:
1. Building meaningful relationships with young people, their families, and caregivers.
2. Conducting thorough and accurate assessments.
3. Coordinating multi-agency approaches to ensure comprehensive support.
