Job Summary:
Penshaw View Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing trainees at the end of their apprenticeship to ensure their knowledge meets the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess trainees' knowledge and skills against set standards
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide detailed reports
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure trainees meet required standards
- Develop and maintain assessment tools and resources
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Services Assistant
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy services and assessment standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
