Job Summary

The Director, Data Center Development Europe is a key role within QTS Data Centers, responsible for leading the development of our European data center operations. This position requires a strong background in data center design, engineering, and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of new data center projects across Europe, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and property development, to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee the development of data center designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the delivery of data center projects, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, electrical engineering, or architecture.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data center development, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex data center projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel throughout Europe, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale data center projects.
  • Knowledge of data center design and engineering principles.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive project success.
