About the Role

DataX Connect is seeking an experienced Data Center Development Director to lead the development and pre-construction phases of our data center projects across Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring each site is primed to become a data center powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data center development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead site acquisition efforts, engaging with local and regional authorities to secure planning and permits
  • Oversee pre-construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive data center development initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including global hyperscale clients

Requirements
