Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings to showcase properties and build relationships with clients.
  • Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Secure offers and maximize value streams by leveraging your negotiation skills and market knowledge.
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare pre-valuation information to provide accurate and reliable data to clients.
  • Analyze market and business data to prepare vendor reports, providing valuable insights to drive sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level, with a proven track record of success in sales progression and valuations.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A valid UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
