Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and manage viewings by telephone, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and customers.
  • Handle queries and consistently update our database to reflect the status of property transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless property transactions and meet sales targets.
  • Utilize strong business acumen and negotiation skills to secure sales and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using database software.
  • Knowledge of the local area and property market.
