Sales Director to Director: Lead Sales and Marketing Efforts for a Thriving UK Listed Group

Craggwood Associates Ltd is seeking a high-calibre Sales Director to join its Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Managing Director and assume full responsibility for the development and management of the Sales and Marketing function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a proactive and intelligent sales strategy to drive growth and innovation
- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, including developing new business models and unlocking new markets
- Provide valuable market feedback to inform R&D efforts and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets
- Implement a robust sales process and manage a diverse range of sales routes to market, including MNEs, OEMs, Distributors, and Academia/Research Institutions
- Degree qualified in an Engineering, Scientific, Technical, or Business discipline
- Successful Sales Management/Leadership track record in a technical/engineered product manufacturing environment
- Highly driven, energetic, and decisive with an understanding of what constitutes 'good business'
