Job Title: Deputy Head of Events

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Head of Events to join our team at Enable. As a key member of our Events Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our events, overseeing the budget, and leading the growth strategy for the Events Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Events Team, including line management of the management team
  • Oversee the Events budget and ensure financial targets are met
  • Develop and implement new event business initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Coordinate with other Enable services to ensure a cohesive events program
  • Support the Head of Events with event production and delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in events management, budgeting, and team leadership
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
