Property Management Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, concluding at 5:00 or 5:30 PM.

As a Property Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 270 to 280 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential, along with a solid grasp of current rental regulations.
Daily Tasks Include:
  • Addressing maintenance and repair concerns.
  • Scheduling property inspections and tenant check-outs.
  • Preparing and dispatching reports to both tenants and property owners.
  • Coordinating the booking of gas, electrical, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
  • Engaging with utility service providers.
  • Facilitating tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Arranging cleaning services.
  • Performing administrative duties and general property management tasks.
  • Coordinating contractors for necessary work.
  • Maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, including EPC, electrical safety, health and safety, and gas inspections.
  • Managing landlord licensing requirements.
  • Issuing notices as required.
  • Preparing court eviction documentation.
  • Attending court when necessary.
  • Documenting all communications and repairs in the property management software.
  • Exhibiting strong time management skills.
  • Demonstrating excellent organizational abilities and proficient IT skills, including the ability to create Excel spreadsheets.
  • Possessing strong typing skills with a good typing speed.
  • Working independently and taking initiative.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to perform under pressure while managing various tenancy situations.
  • Familiarity with recent reforms regarding Section 21 notices is crucial.
Qualifications:
  • ARLA (Propertymark) qualifications are preferred.

Salary: £30,000
