  • This role operates Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours between 9:00 or 9:30 AM and 5:00 or 5:30 PM.
  • Primarily an office-based position, you will also conduct property inspections at least once a week, necessitating the use of your own vehicle.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of approximately 270 to 280 properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing maintenance and repair concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinating property inspections and tenant check-outs.
  • Preparing and dispatching reports to both tenants and property owners.
  • Arranging for gas, electrical, and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments.
  • Communicating with utility service providers.
  • Facilitating tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Coordinating cleaning services as required.
  • Handling administrative tasks and general property management functions.
  • Scheduling contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including EPC, electrical safety, health and safety regulations, and gas inspections.
  • Managing landlord licensing requirements.
  • Issuing notices as needed.
  • Preparing court eviction documentation.
  • Participating in court proceedings when necessary.
  • Documenting all communications and repair requests in the software system.
  • Exhibiting strong time management skills.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities and proficiency in IT, including the preparation of Excel spreadsheets.
