Private Client Paralegal Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our team in Epping. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients by collecting necessary information, verifying identities, and conducting anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
  • Complete and submit forms required for probate applications, which involve handling the estate of a deceased person.
  • Assist in creating legal documents related to wills (testamentary documents) and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) that grant someone else the authority to make decisions on behalf of the client.
  • Attend meetings with clients, providing support during discussions and taking notes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working within a similar position.
  • Law degree desirable.
  • Empathetic and patient personality type.
  • Excellent communication skills.
