Job Title: Legal Team Leader

AJ Chambers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Team Leader to join their team in Guildford. As a key member of the firm's support services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve the team's productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a law firm or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
