Power, Utilities and Infrastructure Corporate Finance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Finance Associate to join our Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals, including company and industry research, financial modelling and valuation, and market screening.
- Develop strong sector knowledge and stay up-to-date on M&A, equity and debt related topics in the industry.
- Prepare client and investor presentations, and assist in deal analysis and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate with other teams and supervise interns.
- Respond to client enquiries and prepare supporting analyses.
Requirements:
- Strong financial acumen and understanding.
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and their application.
- Advanced financial modelling skills.
- Accuracy and reliability in work production with rigorous attention to detail.
- Efficient and resourceful in data mining and information research.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
