We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Associate to join our Power, Utilities and Infrastructure (PU&I) team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals, including company and industry research, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Develop strong sector knowledge and stay up-to-date on M&A, equity, and debt-related topics in the industry.
- Identify potential acquisition, disposal targets, or joint ventures through market screening.
- Prepare client and investor presentations, and assist in deal analysis.
- Coordinate with other teams and supervise interns.
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare supporting analyses.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding.
- Solid accounting knowledge.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- Accuracy and reliability in work production with rigorous attention to detail.
- Efficient and resourceful in data mining and information research.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
