Key Responsibilities- Assist in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct company and industry research, accumulating strong sector knowledge and staying up-to-date on M&A, equity and debt-related topics.
- Perform market screening, including identifying potential acquisition, disposal targets or joint ventures.
- Develop and maintain financial models and valuations.
- Prepare client and investor presentations.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop transaction structures and assist in deal analysis.
- Supervise and train interns.
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare supporting analyses.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding.
