The Role: We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Receptionist to play a vital role in our Front of House team.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary objective will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest's experience is exceptional. You will collaborate with our skilled Front of House team to address any challenges and maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the hotel's representative, showcasing our brand with professionalism and charisma.
  • Maintain a polished appearance in accordance with our grooming standards.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel by adhering to our Security and Health & Safety protocols.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, demonstrating a passion for quality and high standards.
  • Engage in training and development, staying organized and adept at multitasking.
  • Work collaboratively under supervision, being courteous and supportive to both colleagues and guests, while welcoming constructive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with a friendly demeanor, displaying a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Utilize strong spoken and written English skills to interact with our diverse clientele.
  • Use guest feedback to continually enhance our services and experiences.
