Sales Coordinator Job Description

At STEM Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to exceed revenue targets and build strong business relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales order targets and provide commercial support to operational counterparts to drive revenue growth.
  • Engage with customers to build business relationships and identify future business opportunities.
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities and provide excellent customer account management.
  • Organise, update, and coordinate RFQs from customers in a timely and concise manner.
  • Produce and submit proposals and quotations to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively follow up quotations and update the forecast in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with BDMs and operational staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide world-class customer care and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
