Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and till operations
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and stock availability, to provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-organized
  • Support with deliveries, restocking, and maintaining a high level of store presentation
  • Participate in sales promotions and initiatives to drive sales growth and meet targets
