Job Title: Graduate Technical Sales Representative

Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are MGF LTD, a national provider of Shoring Solutions, Lifting & Safety, and Structural Support. We are seeking a Graduate Technical Sales Representative to join our team and support our sales team in delivering industry-leading results.

Your Role:

As a Graduate Technical Sales Representative, you will provide an efficient and effective support service to the sales team, acting as a communication link between the sales team and the hire desk. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sales administration and coordination, including preparing quotations, designs, and follow-ups
  • Researching sales leads and projects as requested by the Technical Sales Representatives and Management Team
  • Maintaining and structuring the diaries of Technical Sales Representatives
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors as required
  • Producing standard letters and other correspondence as requested
  • Offering general administration support to the depot, including organizing files, photocopying, and conducting research
  • Handling telephone enquiries and routine correspondence
  • Transferring relevant leads to projects and setting actions for Technical Sales Representatives to follow up
  • Supporting the Hire Office team with their tasks whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working within a busy office environment, preferably one with a sales/hire function
  • Experience in dealing with customers both on the phone and in the office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Motivated self-starter with good administration and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Willingness to learn and take up new challenges
