Job Title: Claims Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced insurance professional to join our dynamic team at Gallagher. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive service and support to our clients, with a primary focus on claims management.

About the Role:
  • Offer technical advice to clients throughout the claim process
  • Build and maintain market, insurance, and legislative knowledge
  • Efficiently run claims and update systems with relevant information
  • Balance workload to service clients promptly and expertly
  • Ensure accurate claims statistics and adherence to service level agreements
About You:

We are looking for an experienced claims professional with a strong customer service drive, good planning and analytical skills, and the ability to spot potential risks. You should be aware of FCA regulations, such as GDPR and Consumer Duty, and proficient in MS Office/Excel. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
