La división de Genética de Next-Link es un equipo pequeño pero ágil que se dedica a desarrollar y aplicar análisis de vanguardia para abordar una amplia variedad de interrogantes.

Ubicados dentro de la parte de Soluciones para Pacientes de la organización, el grupo respalda todo el proceso de I+D, desde la identificación de objetivos hasta el desarrollo clínico y la comercialización.

Estamos en búsqueda de un contratista que apoye la carga analítica del equipo, así como que participe y potencialmente lidere proyectos con un enfoque externo.

RequisitosObligatorios:

- Experiencia directa en el análisis y uso de datos genéticos generados a través de múltiples plataformas y enfoques analíticos.
- Conocimiento experto en estadísticas, con experiencia específica en la aplicación de la genética estadística.

Habilidades computacionales avanzadas:
- Dominio en el uso de R, Python, SQL y Bash, además de experiencia en entornos de nube.
- Capacidad para interpretar y presentar datos en el contexto de la pregunta en estudio.
- Buen conocimiento del proceso de descubrimiento de fármacos.
- Habilidades para resolver problemas.

Preferidos:
- Experiencia en la aplicación de enfoques genéticos en el descubrimiento y desarrollo de fármacos.
- Experiencia en el uso y consulta de bases de datos poblacionales.
- Experiencia en métodos para la interpretación funcional de datos genómicos, como el mapeo de variantes y vías génicas, así como enriquecimiento.
- Capacidad para entender e integrar datos de otras fuentes (por ejemplo, transcriptómica, proteómica).
- Experiencia en la aplicación de enfoques de aprendizaje automático o inteligencia artificial.
- Conocimientos relevantes en biología.
