We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Komplex Community in the Wolverhampton area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to clients with complex needs, including challenging behavior, mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to deliver comprehensive clinical training and induction programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure personalized care and support.
