Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
- Assist the Outpatient Services Manager in leading and managing the team as the department evolves.
- Deliver individualized nursing care and procedures adhering to the highest standards and hospital protocols.
- Support Consultants during patient examinations and minor surgical procedures, and facilitate necessary investigations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Outpatient Services Manager or team leader to ensure optimal patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage Datix investigations.
- Enhance personal knowledge and skills while fostering the development of team members.
- Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.
- Contribute to the maintenance and advancement of services.

Candidate Profile
Who We Are Looking For:
- Registered Adult Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience.
- NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions on your pin.
- Proficient across a variety of nursing skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
- Compassionate with a strong focus on delivering excellent patient care.
- Demonstrated assessment and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Effective in managing workload efficiently.
- Experience in Outpatient settings or similar environments is preferred.
