We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful 43-bedded nursing home in Worcester. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

* Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.

**Requirements:**

* Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC.

* Experience of working in a care home or similar setting.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
