Rehabilitative Therapy Specialist - Esteemed Private Healthcare Facility - Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)

Multiple openings are available at both Band 6 and Band 7 levels.
Rehabilitative Therapy Specialist - Qualifications

  • Proven experience in therapeutic practices for patients with neurological disorders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Expertise in conducting assessments and formulating treatment strategies.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide junior therapists and support personnel.
Rehabilitative Therapy Specialist - Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive therapy assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct home evaluations and recommend necessary aids and equipment.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, facilitating their recovery and transition.
  • Manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the overall service delivery of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Review and modify treatment plans, establish client objectives, and assist with splinting needs.
  • Oversee treatment programs and assess requirements for wheelchair seating.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on workplace conditions.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure the safety of equipment.

Work Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Permanent position

Salary Range:
£35,000 - £50,000 (based on experience) + Benefits
