Permanent role Salary range: £Hours: Full-time or part-time
Based in a 48-bed centre, make an impact on the lives of people with complex disabilities and those recovering from acquired brain injury including TBI and stroke and/or other neuro conditions.

Nurture a culture that is inclusive, supportive, professional and progressive in its ambitions to deliver high quality, safe and person centered care.
Responsible for the day to day organisation ensuring that all clients are given timely, appropriate, effective occupational therapy treatment and discharge planning.
Utilise clinical expertise to determine appropriate rehabilitation programs and discharge / continuing care plans.
Participate in the various MDT clinical meetings such as weekly MDM and ward rounds, discharge, rehab planning and family meetings.
Identify, propose and support the implementation of any changes to neurorehabilitation practice.
Supervise, teach, day to day line management of more junior staff.

Experience working within neuro-rehabilitation
