About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Academic Leader to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Academic Training Office, you will play a vital role in driving the implementation of our research strategy and enhancing our research profile across the NHS Trust, University, and Academic Health Science Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a robust research strategy in collaboration with the Lead Nurse for Research.
  • Oversee and deliver research training within the Trust and within our Clinical Academic Training Office.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to Allied Health Professionals to support their research career development.
  • Drive the evolution of our clinical academic career structure, working closely with a dedicated team of AHP clinical academics, leaders, and clinicians.
  • Support the work of the Imperial Health Charity and the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to deliver their research training strategy.
