About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and experienced academic leader to take on the Programme Lead role for our MSc in Healthcare Management programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the programme, working closely with our international education partners in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of the MSc in Healthcare Management programme
- Work closely with King's Business School Executive Education to ensure programme alignment and quality
- Collaborate with international education partners to deliver the Clinical Leadership module
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including programme leads and Associate Dean and Vice Dean International
- Ensure programme quality and student satisfaction through regular evaluation and improvement
- PhD or equivalent relevant to themes of the Faculty and this role
- Experience of planning and delivering high-quality evaluated education at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels
- Strong publication history, including acting as first or last author on papers for a relevant professional or academic journal or book chapter in the last three years
- Experience of developing, delivering, and evaluating education related to healthcare leadership and management
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, underpinned by strong interpersonal skills and personal effectiveness
