Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivery and Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues to manage all aspects of the program, including induction, assessment, support work, education, and training, to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
  2. Peer Mentor Support: Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to Wing Peer Mentors, empowering them to make a positive impact on the lives of offenders.
  3. Case Management: Update case notes and input achievements onto the CFO Evolution case management recording system, ensuring a high level of compliance and accuracy.

Interventions and Programs: You will be responsible for designing and delivering a range of interventions and programs, including:

  • Managing emotions and developing emotional intelligence
  • Life skills training and development
  • Vocational training courses and education
  • Practical support and guidance for offenders upon release
  • Goal setting and achievement
