Key Responsibilities
- Manage and produce daily and weekly reports as required.
- Ensure collection conformance to standards.
- Control all key controls for vehicles.
- Monitor and review operational performance and take timely action to address any issues.
- Ensure all company legal requirements are met.
- Close management of sub-contractors to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided in line with budgeted cost.
- Manage a robust pre-brief and de-brief process at all times.
- Route contingency planning.
- Continually strive to improve service levels and reduce cost.
- Health and safety management.
- Manage Traffic team effectively.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.
