About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Roth Bar in Somerset. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, food safety, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
