About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Commercial Manager to join our team at DanceEast. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading the management and development of our commercial activities, including ticket sales, catering, events, and venue hire.

Your core mission will be to increase commercial income while ensuring that all commercial pursuits align with our charitable purpose and deliver outstanding customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an income generation strategy to maximize commercial income
  • Manage the Ticketing & CRM system (Spektrix) to optimize sales and revenue
  • Lead the team in providing excellent customer service and duty management
  • Develop and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Plan and manage events to achieve income targets and promote DanceEast as a premier events venue
  • Recruit, train, and support the staff team to ensure high standards of service and compliance
About You

We are looking for someone who is energetic, innovative, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You should be self-motivated, collaborative, flexible, and committed to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications include a proven record of success in income generation, experience in event planning and schedule management, customer-facing roles, and team management.
