The Arena Racing Company is seeking a skilled Night Porter to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service standards are maintained at all times, handling guest complaints and requests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain departmental service standards, ensuring all Front Office personnel meet expectations.
- Manage the daily Accounts/Night handover book, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner, escalating issues to relevant departments as needed.
- Anticipate and meet guest needs, enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive service.
- Conduct safety floor checks during the night, adhering to Company standards.
- Implement new Company practices and procedures promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front Office role in a hotel.
- Knowledge of hotel systems.
- Experience with OnQ is an advantage.
- Open and honest communication style.
