As a Student Experience Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our students have a world-class experience. You will lead a small team of Student Experience Team Members, overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our properties and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to your team, delegating tasks effectively and setting clear performance goals.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the building and all students residing within it.
  • Contribute to the training and development of your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all students, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
  • Organize engaging events and activities that promote community building and enhance the student experience.
