About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our learning support team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with individual students to develop and implement personalized educational programs.
  • Assist teachers in creating and implementing educational activities that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Support students in accessing vocational college courses and other extracurricular activities.
  • Prepare materials and equipment to facilitate learning and engagement.
  • Transport students to educational visits and other activities as required.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths qualifications at Grade C/4 or above.
  • A valid driving license.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £19,233.75 per annum.
  • A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
  • A permanent, term-time only contract.
