About the Role

Calderdale Council is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mental Health Professional to join our team. As an Approved Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs and their families.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assessing individuals who may be in need of mental health services, providing advice and guidance to families and professional referrers, and working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Requirements
