As the OFSTED Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering services that meet legislative and regulatory requirements in relation to The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.

You will be responsible for the effective development and delivery of high-quality residential services to the young people and their families, ensuring the highest standards of emotional, social, and physical care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team to ensure effective collaboration with young people, families, and internal and partner agencies.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation and management of an OFSTED-regulated Children's Home.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements associated with Ofsted registration and the home's Statement of Purpose.
  • Developing and implementing care plans to promote the best outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven management experience in young people's residential services.
  • A strong understanding of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010.
  • The ability to manage emotionally challenging situations and work calmly under pressure.
