Job Title: Child Support Worker

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and social workers to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and self-advocacy.
  • Provide direct care and support to young people, including daily living activities, education, and leisure pursuits.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the residential setting, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Administer medication, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in regular supervision and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
  • Enhanced DBS Check and ability to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated environment.
  • Ability to drive with a full and clean license.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
