Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a key member of our hospitality department, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our catering team, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of catering professionals to deliver outstanding service and quality.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the catering department, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams to ensure the financial success of the catering department.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including food safety, health and safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a hospitality or catering management role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality, catering, or a related field.
