What We Seek in a Hospitality Team Supervisor:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a pub or restaurant setting and be ready to take the next step in their career. Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that service standards are upheld throughout your shift.
  • Monitoring and verifying that all operational checklists (opening, closing, weekly, etc.) are completed.
  • Familiarizing yourself with our menu offerings, including food and beverages.
  • Briefing the team on shift-specific events and requirements.
