Reservations Supervisor Opportunity

Frasers Hospitality, a global leader in serviced apartments and hotel residences, is seeking a motivated Reservations Supervisor to join our team at our UK Head Office.

About the Role

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, implementing reservations procedures, and supervising the reservations team. You will handle all group accommodation for London, assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts, and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain effective reservations procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Supervise and motivate the reservations team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Coordinate group accommodation for London, ensuring timely and efficient processing of reservations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain open communications with clients and key accounts, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and reservations management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
